Singaporeans who wish to find out if they require a visa to visit a particular country should contact the country’s authorities closest to them to be apprised of the latest requirements.

With effect from 3 August 2018, the Singapore Consulate-General in San Francisco has ceased to accept visa applications. Visa applications can be submitted to the following Authorised Visa Agent at:

Application for a visa
Book an appointment to the Singapore visa application centre via the ‘Schedule an appointment’ link on the VFS website at http://www.vfsglobal.com/singapore/usa/schedule-appointment.html. Please note that there may be fees charged for walk-ins without appointments.

Complete visa applications may be mailed to VFS Global Singapore Visa Application Centre. Please issue a money order / cashier's cheque in US currency for the visa and service fee. Personal/corporate cheques will not be accepted. If you wish to have your passport(s) and visa(s) returned by mail, please provide a self-addressed and prepaid envelope with tracking service from a carrier of your choice. You may also choose to purchase courier services from VFS (see http://www.vfsglobal.com/singapore/usa/additional-services.html).
Visa processing fees
The visa processing fee payable for each application is US$22. Please note that this is a processing fee and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application.
Service fee
There is also a service fee of US$55 that is charged by the Authorised Visa Agent for their services, on top of the visa processing fee of US$22 per application.
Application via local contact
If you have a Singapore citizen or a Singapore PR who can act as your local contact and who has a SingPass account, the local contact can also submit your application online on the ICA website. Please visit the ICA website at http://www.ica.gov.sg for more details.
