INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND FITTING

1.           The Singapore Consulate-General in San Francisco invites interested companies to tender for the supply and delivery of office furniture and fitting for the chancery of the Singapore Consulate-General in San Francisco.

2              To obtain a copy of the Tender documents, interested companies are requested to email Ms Vanessa Yeo at vanessa_yeo@mfa.gov.sg.  A detailed scope of services will be provided to any company who wishes to participate in the Tender.

3.           Tender offers shall be submitted using sealed envelopes addressed to the Singapore Consulate-General in San Francisco, marked “Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture and Fitting”.  The closing date for the tender is Friday, 24 April 2026, 5pm (San Francisco time).

5.           Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:

(a)    Price Competitiveness (50 %)                            

(b)   Compliance with Requirement Specifications (35 %)

(c)    After sales service (5%)

(d)   Innovation (5 %)

6.           The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender offer, or the whole or any part of the offer.

7.           The Tender Notice and the Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board of the Consulate-General.
