Invitation to Tender for Provision of Security Guard Services

1.      The Singapore Consulate-General in San Francisco invites interested companies to tender for the provision of security guard services for our premises located at 595 Market Street, Suite 2450, San Francisco, CA94105.

2.      To obtain a copy of the Tender documents, interested companies are requested to email Ms Vanessa Yeo at vanessa_yeo@mfa.gov.sg.  A detailed scope of services will be provided to any company who wishes to participate in the Tender.

3.      Tender offers shall be submitted using sealed envelopes addressed to the Singapore Consulate-General in San Francisco, marked “Security Guard Services”.  The closing date for the tender is Monday, 6 July 2026 at 5pm (San Francisco time).

5.      Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:

(a)   Price Competitiveness – 50%

(b)   Compliance with Specifications – 25%

(c)   Company Track Record and Experience – 20%

(d)   Innovation e.g. adoption of technology – 5%

6.      The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender offer, or the whole or any part of the offer.

7.      The Tender Notice and the Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board of the Consulate-General.
