INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FURNITURE FOR CHANCERY

REF: SFO ITQ-2026-001

1. Interested companies are invited to quote for the supply and delivery of furniture for the chancery of the Singapore Consulate-General in San Francisco.

2. Your proposal should be submitted to the following email address: san_francisco_procurement@mfa.sg and be addressed to Ms Vanessa Yeo, Vice-Consul (Admin & Consular) with a copy to vanessa_yeo@mfa.gov.sg.

3. Please indicate the subject as “SFO ITQ-2026-001 - Supply and Delivery of Furniture for Chancery”. All submissions should reach the Consulate-General no later than 12pm on Monday, 23 March 2026 (San Francisco time).

4. Quotation documents may be requested from Vanessa Yeo at vanessa_yeo@mfa.gov.sg or +1 415 543 4775.

5. Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:

(a)    Price Competitiveness (50%)                            

(b)   Compliance with Requirement Specifications (35%)

(c)    After sales service (5%)

(d)   Innovation (5%)

6. The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation offer, or the whole or any part of any quotation offer. All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by you.

7. The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Consulate-General.
