Invitation to Quote for Supply and Delivery of Furniture

INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FURNITURE

REF: SFO ITQ-2024-002

1.               Interested companies are invited to quote for the supply and delivery of furniture to the official residence of the Singapore Consulate-General in San Francisco.

2              Your proposal should be submitted to the following email address: san_francisco_procurement@mfa.sg and be addressed to Ms Tim Ye Ling, Consul (Admin & Consular).

3              Please indicate the subject as “SFO ITQ-2024-002 - Supply and Delivery of Furniture”. All submissions should reach the Consulate-General not later than 12pm on 14 June 2024 (San Francisco time).

4              Quotation documents may be requested from Tim Ye Ling at tim_ye_ling@mfa.gov.sg or +1 415 543 4775.

5              Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:

               (a) Price Competitiveness (50 %)                            

               (b) Compliance with Requirement Specifications (40 %)

               (c) Innovation (10 %)

6              The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation offer, or the whole or any part of any quotation offer. All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by you.

7              The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Consulate-General.
