INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR LOCALLY-RECRUITED STAFF’S HEALTH CARE INSURANCE PLANS

REF: SFO ITQ-2021-002

                Interested companies are invited to quote for the provision of health care insurance plans for the Locally-Recruited Staff employed by the Singapore Consulate-General in San Francisco.

2              Your proposal should be submitted to the following email address: san_francisco_procurement@mfa.sg and be addressed to Ms Wang Huihui, Consul (Admin &Consular).

3              Please indicate the subject as “LOCALLY-RECRUITED STAFF’S HEALTH CARE INSURANCE PLANS”. All submissions should reach the Consulate-General not later than 5pm on 22 September 2022 (San Francisco time).

4              Quotation documents may be requested from Wang Huihui at wang_huihui@mfa.gov.sg or +1 415 543 4775.

5             Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:

1. Price (50%)

2. Quality (45%):

• Accessibility and availability of health care providers (25%)

• Benefits of coverage of proposed health plan, i.e. Benefits, co-payment rates (20%)

      c. Company track record (5%)

6              The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation offer, or the whole or any part of any quotation offer. All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by you.

7              The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Consulate-General.
