Invitation to Quote for AVA Audit Service

INVITATION TO QUOTE TO CONDUCT AUDITS OF AUTHORISED VISA AGENT

REF: SFO ITQ-2021-001

1.               Interested companies are invited to quote for the provision of two on-site audits of VFS, the Authorised Visa Agent (AVA) appointed by the Singapore Consulate-General in San Francisco.

2              Your proposal should be submitted to the following email address: san_francisco_procurement@mfa.sg and be addressed to Ms Wang Huihui, Consul (Admin & Consular).

3              Please indicate the subject as “AVA Audit Services”. All submissions should reach the Consulate-General not later than 5pm on 15 January 2021 (San Francisco time).

4              Quotation documents may be requested from Wang Huihui at wang_huihui@mfa.gov.sg or +1 415 543 4775.

5              Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:

               (a) Price Competitiveness                                      (50 %)                            

               (b) Company Track Record and Experience       (20 %)

               (c) Compliance with Specifications                      (20 %)

               (d) Innovation                                                            (10 %)

6              The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation offer, or the whole or any part of any quotation offer. All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by you.

7              The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Consulate-General.

CORRIGENDUM NOTICE: We would like to elaborate that for the "Innovation" Evaluation Criteria in Para 5, potential suppliers could submit proposals to include areas such as adoption of technology or streamlining of processes for the audit services.
